Turquoise blue enamelled silver flower earrings

Beautiful noble flowers earrings made of sterling silver enameled in a transparent turquoise blue (petrol blue) - a three-part flower with small beads in the middle. The bright silver forms an elegant contrast to the transparent enamel.

This is a real enamel work (no paint or plastic) with this thousands of years old, demanding technique, a finely powdered glass mass is applied to a metal base and, after drying, melted at high temperature in a special oven.
